| China’s economy has been developed rapidly and made remarkable achievement in recent years,and plays a major role in increasing employment,stimulating domestic demand,increasing taxation and enhancing the people’s living standard.However,the miracle of China’s economic development is the substantial loss of resources at the expense of quite a long time.In this context,how to enhance the level of scientific understanding and effective coordination of development coupled saving society and economic growth of provincial resources to promote healthy development of the provincial economy,it is the primary regional practice green development concept that needs attention and solutions.In this paper,dynamic factor analysis method to evaluate the domain of the provinces of resource-saving society status and level of economic growth situation is employed,trying to analysis China’s provincial domain resource-saving society and economic growth issues from the perspective of coupling coordinated development.The result can put forward specific proposals to the provincial domain resources-saving society and economic growth coupled coordinated development.First,the thesis of the research background,research status and significance of the topic at home and abroad are briefly analyzed and the connotation of economic growth and resource-saving society was explained.Secondly,comprehensive utilization of energy,water and resources three levels DFA(Dynamic Factor Analysis,dynamic factor analysis)method is employed to dynamic evaluate the present situation of provincial domain resources-saving society construction.The total amount of economic growth,economic growth structure and quality of economic growth three levels are also considered to evaluate provincial economic growth situation.Again,the coupling coordination degrees of the provincial domain resources saving society and economic growth were estimated based on the evaluation results,by grading,analyzes the coupling coordination degrees difference between the provincial domain.Finally,the use of kernel density estimation coupling model to estimate the coupling coordination degrees development trend of resource-saving society and economic growth,and analyze the 2006-2013 years 30 provinces and the eastern,central and western regions of resource-saving distribution trend and evolution feature of resource-saving society and economic growth coupled coordination degree.To gain a more objective and propose appropriate suggestions,in the last according to the provincial domain 2006-2013 levels of economic growth and the level of resource-saving society construction comprehensive evaluation of the mean scores were level category,are as follows:double-high,high-low,two low-profile,low-height,and put forward some suggestions classification of provincial resource-saving society and economic growth coupled coordinated development. |
