Research On Schedule Plan And Control Of DYJC Stereoscopic Warehouse Project

Since 1990s,the project management has been promoted and popularized rapidly all over the world.More and more enterprises realized that project management plays an important role in the practical work,and has been successfully applied in many enterprises at home and abroad.With the increasing requirements of management to the engineering project,partial application of theory and method cannot meet the current demand of management to the project.How to imply the theory of project management to the engineering project will be the research's direction.Firstly,the paper introduced the general situation of DYJC storage retrieval system project through the research of project schedule control at home and abroad.The project schedule was established according to the project objectives using scientific project schedule theories,methods and tools.Setted up the project milestones,work priorities,duration and responsibility assignment using work breakdown structure.Then draw Gantt chart and network diagram through the Project to calculate and analyze the critical path of the project.Shorten the construction period by project time optimization to meet the requirements of the project schedule and provided the basis for implementation of next project schedule.In addition,the project team found out the key factors that may affect the project schedule through comprehensive analysis.By dynamically monitoring and the use of inspection tool to corrective the project,in order to guarantee the normal operation of the project.In the end,the measures guarantee the project schedule carry on smoothly was discussed,including organization security,funding and the safeguards of overall coordination on all aspects,etc.Research shows that making the scientific project schedule plan based on the theory and methods of the project schedule management,as well as monitoring,adjusting and protecting in the control process of project schedule will achieve better engineering project schedule control.Thus through this research,we make project schedule plan and find out the basic idea of control management of project construction for nuclear power manufacturing enterprise stereoscopic warehouse,which will be the reference for similar projects.
