Research On Industrial Energy Efficiency In Anhui Province Based On The Regional And Industry Perspective

In the new energy and clean energy is gradually replacing the traditional energy in the historical period,China and the world,there is a sense of urgency.To achieve sustainable development,it is necessary to find enough alternative energy sources before the traditional non renewable energy is consumed.Improving energy efficiency has become an important issue for every country,every city and every industry.This paper summarizes the research on energy efficiency at home and abroad,points out that with the increasing energy consumption,it is necessary to strengthen the study of regional energy efficiency,it is necessary to explore the relationship between industry distribution and energy efficiency.Based on the panel data of 2009-2014,this paper studies the industrial energy efficiency of Anhui Province under the background of industrial transfer.One is the use of data envelopment analysis(DEA)of Anhui Province industrial energy efficiency measurement and decomposition dynamics;two,drawing energy efficiency space-time diagram and analyzed using the GIS software;three;using multiple linear regression to find areas of industrial energy efficiency factors;four,using complete factor decomposition method complete decomposition of energy intensity of industry in Anhui province;five,analysis method to calculate the energy saving potential of industry in Anhui province by using data envelopment;six,using the Herfindahl-Hirschman Index to measure industry distribution.The results show that:(1)the efficiency of industrial energy technology has been improved in the sample range,the pure technical efficiency has increased,the overall efficiency of scale has not changed,and there is regional difference in energy efficiency;(2)technological progress and technical efficiency improve jointly promote the efficiency of energy use,technological progress plays a major role;(3)there is a negative correlation between ownership structure and factor endowments of industrial enterprises and regional industrial energy utilization technology efficiency,there is a positive correlation between the industrial structure and regional industrial concentration and the technical efficiency of industrial energy efficiency,the degree of opening to the outside world and the industrial internal structure had no significant impact on the regional industrial technology efficiency;(4)the industrial energy intensity of Anhui province has declined,and the structural factors play an active role in the energy intensity and the efficiency factor has a negative effect on the energy intensity;(5)energy saving potential of the overall showing a rising trend of fluctuations;(6)coal mining and coal washing industry,ferrous metal mining industry and electricity,heat production and supply industry distribution adjustment is conducive to improve the efficiency of scale,paper and paper products industry and chemical fiber manufacturing industry distribution adjustment is not conducive to improve the efficiency of scale.
