Research On Risk Analysis And Insurance Of Coal Chemical Industry

In recent years,the demand for energy and chemical products has been growing rapidly.A large number of oil and natural gas imports pose severe challenges to the energy safety problems in China.China is rich in coal resources while oil and gas resources are insufficient,which has brought many opportunities for the development of coal chemical industry.These opportunities greatly promote the development of coal chemical industry,and play an important role in alleviating the supply of high quality oil and natural gas.The raw materials of coal chemicals have flammable and explosive characteristics and the process needs the condition of high temperature and pressure.So coal chemical industry may occur accidents frequently which could cause huge losses.Insurance program compensating for the property losses of coal chemical industry is obviously insufficient nowadays.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to make a reasonable research on the coal chemical industry by combining the risk assessment with the rate determination,and transfer the risk of the coal chemical industry scientifically and rationally.First of all,based on the comparison of coal chemical industry and petrochemical in the aspect of raw materials,products and transformation route,a conclusion that coal chemical industry and petrochemical industry are different was drawn.Secondly,key technologies and characteristics of the accident of the coal chemical industry were analyzed,combined with the production conditions,according to the analysis of inherent danger and safety management.At the same time,a risk assessment system of coal chemical industry was established based on the inherent risk assessment model.And the coal chemical enterprises were classified by the assessment of risks;The risk of coal chemical industry is quantified by analytic hierarchy process and the weight value and score of each index are calculated by yaahp software.According to the research of coal chemical enterprise risk level as well as the existing insurance schemes,combined with the level of risk and the existing insurance underwritingmodel,the property insurance schemes of coal chemical enterprises were optimized in the aspect of insurance premium,which provides reference for the insurer to make the insurance scheme of the coal chemical enterprises.Finally,an example was given to analysis the enterprise,the model of coal chemical industry risk analysis and evaluation can help the insurance company to choose the optimal coverage scheme.
