With the deepening globalization of the world economy and the arrival of the global network era,enterprises face the external business environment change faster and faster,enterprises are facing a variety of competition will become increasingly fierce.Now the competition is no longer simply the competition between enterprises,has become the supply chain and supply chain competition.Enterprises for their own development,more and more attention to competing strategy.Since the concept of competing is first proposed,many scholars at home and abroad have conducted continuous investigation and research on the theory of co-opetition,and have formed the corresponding research results on competition and cooperation.In the existing research results on the theory of corporate co-opetition,we can generally focus on its research perspective focused on two aspects:First,the research is about the behavior of competitive enterprises on the horizontal,refers to the enterprise and its competitors,alliance partners and other types.The second is the study of the vertical and horizontal competition behavior of enteprises,referring to the competing between the upstream and downstream partners,that is,competing within the supply chain issues.Through the analysis of existing literature,we can see that the existing research on market competition and cooperation from the contractual co-opetition to non-contractual competition,on the market between the various competing effects have a more in-depth investigation and the study.However,the existing research has not deepened the competition between the upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain,and lacked the study on the competition and cooperation among the supply chain enterprises.Therefore,this paper aims to extend the theory of competition and cooperation research,from the market competition and cooperation research into the supply chain within the competing study.Based on the comparison of comparative advantage and comparative advantage,this paper analyzes the competing effects of upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain,and finally derives the generation mechanism of competing effects and constructs the theoretical model.This paper firstly analyzes the competition and cooperation among enterprisesin the supply chain.Based on the concept of differential advantage,this paper introduces the comparative advantage and absolute advantage into management,and gives the conception of management.It divides the competition and cooperation among the upstream and downstream enterprises into three types:the competitive advantage relation,The competing relationship based on comparative advantage and the competing relationship based on absolute advantage.And based on the comparison of comparative advantages and comparative advantages of the angle,the study of competing effects produced between enterprises.Secondly,the theory deduces the mechanism of competition and cooperation between upstream and downstream enterprises,on the basis of the case preparation work.Supply chain,there are synergies between upstream and downstream enterprises,this paper argues that the formation of competitive advantages based on the relationship between the upstream and downstream enterprises still exist between the isolation effect,the two forces work together to form a co-opetition effect;There is still competition between downstream enterprises,can not form a segregation mechanism,the two forces work together to form a competing effect.Then,based on the analysis of relevant research literatures,this paper sums up the measurement indicators of the inter-firm competition and cooperation effects,including four aspects:target overflow,competitive spillover and interactive spillover.The paper analyzes and summarizes the existent phenomenon of the competing effect between the upstream and downstream enterprises.At last,the author draws a conclusion and further consummates the forming mechanism and the evolution path of the competing effect,and then constructs the theory of the competing effect between the upstream and downstream enterprises.model.In this paper,four groups of four supply chains are chosen as case samples to study the authenticity and universality of competing effects.Through the case study,it is found that,whether based on comparative advantage or based on the differential advantage of the formation of competing relations,upstream and downstream enterprises have a competing effect.By comparing the spillover of the target,the overflow of the competition and the spillover of the interaction,the competing effect based on the differential advantage is greater than the competing effect based on the comparative advantage.Therefore,the difference between enterprises based on the advantages of competition can produce the greatest effect,based on differences in competitive advantage is a more advanced competing state.And on this basis,put forward the "supply chain competition and equilibrium" and the best "chain advantage" theory hypothesis.Through the in-depth investigation and research on the selected cases,this paper draws the following three conclusions about the competition and cooperation between upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain:(1)The upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain through their own core resources and capabilities to determine the status of enterprises in competing relations,through continuous learning and mutual learning,the gradual emergence of synergies between enterprises and spillover effect,so that enterprises Between the produce more than a simple competition or competition arising from the benefits of competing effects.(2)Competition and competition between supply chain enterprises based on comparative advantage and based on differential advantage will produce competing effect,which is reflected in three aspects:overflow of target,overflow of competition and overflow of interaction.(3)The core competence and resources are irreplaceable and imitating each other based on the difference advantage,and the isolation mechanism under the symmetry of information is produced,so that the two parties can obtain the maximum value and maximize the competing effect.
