The Gap Between Rich And The Poor In China Between Generations Problem And Countermeasure Research

Since the reform and opening of China's economic development and rapid to speed up the accumulation of wealth and growth,accordingly,the gap between the rich and the poor is increasingly serious,and is an important aspect of the problem between generations.The gap between rich and poor between generations is the essence of the gap between the rich and the poor class curing,is not conducive to the development of market economy,the social harmony and stability,which affect the development of democratic politics.The government needs to realize the importance of this problem,to realize its own responsibility,to solved this problem.This article USES the empirical research,comparative analysis,the methods of literature analysis,first of all,the gap between the rich and the poor status of intergenerational inheritance with the gini coefficient and intergenerational income elasticity two indicators as a benchmark for empirical description,and from the inherited wealth,education and employment three influence factors are analyzed.Then,elaborates on the gap between rich and poor between generations in the economic,social and political negative effects,as well as the responsibility of the government on the question of eliminating intergenerational inheritance and the necessity,and according to the actual situation in China,for the government to deal with the problem of the gap between rich and poor inter-generational inheritance responsibility of shortage,the reason of the negative impact of the specific analysis.And then through the three countries the United States,Japan and Sweden the gap between rich and poor between generations of situation and policy measures were analyzed,and draw some beneficial to China's experience.Based on the above analysis,the paper combined with the actual situation of China,put forward the policy of government should strive to direction and path.In terms of education,to improve education,and realize the equality of education,to expand and change the education policy of fiscal expenditure,balance education resources,perfect the mechanism of recruit students of institutions of higher learning,not blindly adopt enrollment expansion policy,pay attention to improve the quality of education;In terms of social security,establishing and perfecting the social security system,perfecting the social security legislation,gradually establish a cover all urban and rural social security system;In taxation,reform of personal income tax system,tax structure,the estate tax is imposed,so as to solve good intergenerational inheritance of this problem,to realize the development of market economy,fairness and stability of the society and promote the development of democratic politics.
