A Study On The Intergenerational Transmission Of Rural Poverty In Anhui Province

Poverty is an economic problem,but also a social problem,China's agricultural population as a large base of developing countries,rural poverty needs we need enough attention.And in the face of the problem,we should establish the correct anti-poverty concept.Anti-poverty is not only to solve the poverty problem of the poor,to enhance their viability,but also to prevent the risk of non-poor people into poverty.The full text of the rural poverty around the spread of this theme,divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,first introduced the background of the study,the significance of the study.With the emergence of new poverty phenomenon,that is,the trend of intergenerational transmission of rural poverty is also one of the causes of rural poverty,scholars have carried out a lot of research.In the anti-poverty work,the study of the theory of intergenerational transmission of poverty is of great significance;secondly,the research ideas and research methods of this paper are introduced at home and abroad on the dynamics of intergenerational transmission of poverty.At last,The theory and the results of the review,put forward their own research perspective.The second part is mainly the theoretical basis of the research on the intergenerational transmission of poverty.Firstly,it introduces the theoretical basis,social stratification,social mobility and income distribution.In an open social environment,the society provides the opportunity for farmers to move upwards,and the phenomenon of rural poverty intergenerational transmission is the result of social stratification and social mobility;the second is the definition of relevant concepts and the definition of methods.On the basis of the research,the author introduces the present situation of the intergenerational transmission of rural poverty in Anhui Province,including the distribution of poverty in Anhui Province,the process of poverty alleviation and development,the effectiveness of poverty alleviation and the intergenerational comparison of poverty in Anhui Province.Based on the investigation of LF Township,this paper analyzes the poverty situation and poverty in the local area,which provides a realistic basis for the analysis of the causes and transmission of the poverty in the fourth part.The fourth part mainly analyzes the reason and the transmission path of the intermediation of rural poverty.The formation of intergenerational transmission of rural poverty is complex and is influenced by various factors.This paper analyzes the causes of the intergenerational transmission of rural poverty from the perspectives of personal factors,family factors,environmental factors,institutional factors and cultural factors.Secondly,the path of the intergenerational transmission of poverty is discussed from the aspects of income,education,family members and their structure.In the fifth part,based on the analysis of the causes and transmission paths of the intergenerational transmission of poverty,the relevant suggestions and countermeasures to alleviate the intergenerational transmission of rural poverty are put forward from the perspective of individual,government and society.
