As the biggest mobilized communication market of the world,potentially there are tremendous opportunities.In China smart phone market,the foreign smart phone makers have occupied the leading position based upon their own technical superiority.In recent years,the development of smart phone brought up the new opportunity to domestic smart phone makers,local brands presented prosperous trend,and have taken a plot on the market step by step.According to the Yun Hu smart phone sales and market strategies of Yun Hu company,this thesis wants to pursue the future developing way of Yun Hu smart phone in sales and marketing,and provide the references to the Yun Hu strategy makers.Indicated by the marketing theory,firstly the thesis analyzed the macro-environment,industrial environment and competing environment of Yun Hu smart phone by the analyzing tools like PEST,Porter 5-forces Model,etc,and analyze the consumer behavior from aspects of consumer requirement and purchasing motivation.Secondly,the author still analyzed the internal environment of Yun Hu,briefly introduced the general information of the company and analyze the competence of human resource,R&D,production,sales and marketing and finance,as well as the strength,weakness,opportunity and threat.Other than that,based on all analysis,the author confirmed the target of sales and marketing by STP,as well as the market positioning,and come up with the strategy of product,price,place and promotion,outstood the protection feature of Yun Hu,diversified market choice and presented the market position of "leading brand for small group".Finally the author raised up the opinion regarding the assurance of sales and marketing through the way of increasing investment in marketing,strengthening marketing organizations in adjusting and refining the marketing mechanism.
