| Acompaning the development of Chinese economy,the industry of analytical instrument has become the important part of th reform and development of our contry economy.In the business about environment protection and food safty which are top emphases in government policies and people’s livelihood,the analytical instrument industry will be and should be a big player.Compared with developed contry’s competitors,Chinese analytical instrument industry has many problems such as develop slowly and lately,low development level of industry.Facing the fierce competition,how to quickly develop in short time,how to become strong and big,how to narrow the gap between china and western country,these questions need a good answer which is a main goal of the paper’s research.In the paper’ s writing,4 kinds of methods were used which are document analysis,case analysis,observational research and interview survey.It is these theories used in the paper that are 4P,4C,4R,STP,Five Force Model,PEST,SWOT and Boston Matrix.During the process of the research about T company’s marketing policies,the sequence is as follows.The first part is the scan of inner and outer environment of T company through PEST analysis.The second part is about all kinds of problems in the marketing field,which mainly exist in the product,R&D,marketing,brand-building and corpoartional culture.The main third part is to resolve the former part’s problems using policies of STDP and 4P.The last one is the methods about marketing guarantee,which include the reforms about system structure,marketting team building,corpoatioanl culture,the evaluation system,financing rules.Through the analysis and research,the paper has found and resolved the problems existing in the T company’ s marketing system,which will well push T company’ s further development and growth.Further more,the process and the conclusion of the research can give whole analytical instrument industry a good example about how to do market well.The innovation point of the paper is it is an article among very few research works which give a serious and in-depth analysis on national instrument industry,compared with a large number of papers about overseas instrument brands. |
