Study On Management Efficiency Of Tea Farmer Cooperative In Anxi County

With the clarity of the status of professional cooperatives in our country,cooperatives from different industries have been set up throughout the country and have been developing and growing.They have become one of the main modes in the agricultural economy by using their own advantages.However,cooperatives have also encountered bottlenecks in the development process,Such as the lack of professional management practices,scale design unscientific,exposing the problem of low operating efficiency.Anxi County as a pioneer of China's tea industry,Anxi County tea cooperatives to the local economy has brought new opportunities for development,but also highlights some of the problems.So to improve the efficiency of Anxi County tea industry cooperatives to enhance the quality of tea,to obtain more profits has become a worthy of thinking.This research is based on finding out the current situation of Anxi tea specialized cooperative,after the study of correlation theory about agricultural cooperation,the author used questionnaires,visited Anxi tea cooperatives and investigated reasons of its technical efficiency.Several conclusions has been summarized by using tobit model to analyze problems in the process of operation.On the basis of investigating the current situation of the development of tea cooperatives in Anxi County,doing the research on the performance and efficiency of agricultural cooperation at home and abroad,designing the questionnaire survey,visiting the tea cooperatives in Anxi County,researching and understanding the reasons for the technical efficiency of cooperatives,then the author Use the Tobit model to analyze the Anxi County tea industry cooperatives operating efficiency constraints,getting the following conclusions:First,the overall efficiency of the overall technical efficiency of the tea cooperatives as a whole is 0.571,Indicating that the tea cooperatives of the allocation of resources and resource efficiency of the overall level is not high;The average pure technical efficiency is 0.746.The pure technical efficiency reflects the efficiency level of the input factors in the optimal scale of the tea cooperatives.And the scale efficiency is 0.745.Secondly,constructing the TobitModel confirmed the influencing factors of the management efficiency of tea Cooperative in Anxi County by obtaining dependent variablebyDEA and the influencing factors of the ten indicators of the cooperative from characteristics of the president of the cooperative,the characteristics of the cooperative,the technology and the service.The results show that the three independent variables in the selection of 10 indicators,whether to employ professionals,whether to enjoy government subsidies,whether to accept vocational education training,the three independent variables significantly affect the efficiency of tea cooperatives.Farmers' age,whether to cooperate with the technical unit,the registered capital of cooperatives,the time of cooperatives,the number of cooperative workers,the five independent variables have a significant positive impact on the efficiency of cooperatives.The level of education and the frequency of receiving technical servicesthese two independent variables have a significant negative effect on the efficiency of tea cooperatives.According to the above result,the author will give suggestions about improving service system,optimizing tea industry system,increasing talent cultivation of cooperative,reinforcing technology and intensifying operation capacity,etc.
