The Study Of The Challenge And Countermeasures Of The Open Economy Of Fujian Under The "The Belt And Road Initiatives"

"The Belt and Road Initiatives" is a great decision made by the Party Central Committee and the State Council,which integrates domestic and international politics together.It plays an important role in promoting the peaceful development of our country as well as the world.At the background of global economy,the economic development of different countries or areas are connected closely and influenced by each other.None of them could achieve economic prosperity by itself.Opening to the outside world and cooperating to gain mutual benefits has become the inevitable choice for nations around the world.As the core area of Maritime Silk Road in 21 century,FuJian province should seize this historical opportunity to promote the developmental level of open economy under the circumstance of "The Belt and Road Initiatives" so that it may provide a strong support and lasting power for the construction of the mechanism of living,industrial excellence,people rich,ecological beauty of the new Fujian.This paper regards the implement of "The Belt and Road Initiatives"as background,development of open economy as the object of research,using document analysis,induction and deduction method,field interviews etc.as research methods to explore the challenges and countermeasures of open economy's development in FuJian.The whole paper is divided into 6 parts to elaborate concretely.First part is introduction,which mainly introduces the historical background and theoretical significance of this thesis,and illustrates the research ideas and approaches as well as the innovation of new ideas.Besides,this part describe the research situation at present home and abroad.Second part introduces the theoretical evidence of "The Belt and Road Initiatives"'s implementation from the perspective of classical Marxist writer and Marxism with Chinese characteristics,purifying the theoretical source of opening to the outside idea.This part also describe the outcomes of ancient China with the idea of opening to the outside.Third part expounds that carrying out "The Belt and Road Initiatives"has a great significance to the development of the open economy of Fujian province and it is beneficial for Fujian to explore the factors which accelerate new economic growth,facilitating synergetic development between Fujian and surrounding area,promoting cooperation and exchange between Fujian and surrounding countries.Forth part states that policy advantages,historical origin,realistic condition and Overseas Chinese resources are the advantages of the open economy of Fujian under "The Belt and Road Initiatives".Fifth part concludes the challenges of the open economy of Fujian under"The Belt and Road Initiatives" from two perspectives--internal factors and external factors.The last part focuses on the possible challenges we may face and makes conclusion that we should Implement the national foreign policy,innovation-driven development and quality imports and quality exports,promote marine economy development constitution of Fujian,highlight the advantage of free-trade experimental area,strengthen personnel training,constitute secure system,take the advantages of overseas Chinese,facilitate the cultural communication between different nations on the marine silk road.
