Cultivated land is the essence of land,and is the most important agricultural production materials.With the social and economic activities of mankind and the overuse of cultivated land resources,the ecological environment of cultivated land has been destroyed and the ecological security of cultivated land has become more and more serious.Therefore,the regional cultivated land ecological security evaluation researches undertaken are extremely.This paper based on the theory of man-land relationship,sustainable development,system science and ecosystem balance,select Shandong Province as the study area,according to the current situation and characteristics of regional cultivated land ecological security,based on the PSR model,select 20 specific indexes were from the three aspects of pressure,state and response to construct the evaluation index system of cultivated land ecological security;Use the AHP method and the improved entropy method to calculate the static weight of each index;According to the variable weight theory and TOPSIS theory,the variable weight model and the improved TOPSIS method are introduced to explore the changes of the ecological security status of cultivated land in Shandong Province from 2006 to 2015 under different variable weight parameters,then,analyze and discuss the evaluation results,and explore the reasons for its change.And find the variable weight parameters suitable for the ecological security evaluation of cultivated land in the region is k=0.5.Then,obstacle degree analysis model is introduced and the important factors that restrict the ecological security level of the area are found.Finally,according to the current situation of cultivated land ecological security,Put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The results are as follows:(1)In 2006-2015,the ecological security index Ci of cultivated land in Shandong Province,from large to small,is in the order of: C*2013(0.7087)?C*2012(0.7012)?C*2011(0.6998)?C*2015(0.6874)?C*2010(0.6805)?C*2014(0.6584)?C*2009(0.6514)?C*2008(0.6122)?C*2007(0.5766)? C*2006(0.5260).Among them,the ecological security level of cultivated land in Shandong Province in 2006 was at the level of safety sensitive(II),and at the critical safety level(III)in 2007-2008,at the basic safety pole(IV)in 2009-2015,and the ecological security level of cultivated land increased overall.However,the ecological security situation of cultivated land in Shandong Province is not optimistic,the ecological security index of cultivated land is not stable,and there is a downward trend in the past two years.The whole is between the less secure(II)and the basic safety state(IV).In summary,the level of ecological security of cultivated land is limited,overall did not reach the security level(V),and did not get the essential improvement.(2)At the subsystem level,the pressure subsystem and response subsystem of cultivated land ecological security in Shandong Province fluctuating rise as a whole,and the state subsystem has obvious fluctuation.Specific analysis,in 2006,only the response subsystem is at the security sensitive level(II),the remaining two subsystems are at the critical safety level(III).By 2015 only the pressure subsystem and the response subsystem rose to the basic security level(IV),the state subsystem is at the critical safety level(III),and there is a clear downward trend as a whole.However,the pressure subsystem and the response subsystem have entered the basic security level(IV)in the past few years,and the overall volatility rises.(3)According to the analysis of obstacle degree,The main obstacles to the ecological security level of cultivated land in Shandong Province are: the proportion of energy saving and environmental protection investment in GDP,per capita water resources,forest coverage,rural per capita net income,unit farmland agricultural machinery power,soil and water coordination degree,soil erosion control area,Among them,the proportion of energy conservation and environmental protection investment in GDP is the first obstacle factor in ten years.At the subsystem level,the obstacle of the response subsystem is the highest and showing a decline in volatility,36.96% in 2015.The degree of obstruction of the state subsystem is second and volatility increases,41.74% in 2015.The pressure subsystem has the least degree of obstruction and showing a decline in volatility,21.30% in 2015.In view of the main current ecological security problems of the cultivated land in Shandong Province,we can govern it from the aspect of protecting the water resources,increasing environmental protection investment,increasing vegetation coverage,reducing the burden of arable land,increase land investment and so on.
