Research Of China's New-energy Automobile Industry Development Based On The Imitation Innovation Theory

Facing the increasingly serious energy crisis and environmental pollution,new energy vehicles gradually replace the traditional vehicles and become the dominant direction of future automobile industry.In China,new-energy automobile industry belongs to one of strategic emerging industries,whose mission is to realize overtaking of whole auto industry.Thus,it needs innovation to achieve catch-up and make auto industry from large to strong.Appropriate method and its realization mechanism will greatly improve the speed and quality of industrial innovation.This paper argues that the imitation innovation mode is the right way for the present stage of China's new-energy automobile industry.New energy automotive industry itself has characteristics of high capital and technical requirements,high risk and strong strategic.Imitation innovation has advantages of lower cost,richer channel and faster pace,which can make up for the shortage of industry self-development.Thanks to the advantages of resource,policy,market and industry transformation,China has become the world's biggest country in new energy automobile production and sales.But it also has deficiency in technical innovation ability,industrial integrity,human resources,capital investment and market promotion.This paper used method of sequential game to qualitative analysis the necessity of imitation innovation.The result pointed out that compared with original innovation,imitation innovation can improve the profit of innovation and the chances of success.To do a better study of its realization mechanism,this paper analyzed the industrial innovation system first.It is composed of various enterprises,R&D and talent system,supporting facilities and service system,policy and regulations system,and enterprises is its core.Then,this paper took BYD Auto as an example to analyze the way of enterprises' imitation innovation.From part to whole,industry should judge itself before imitation innovation,then choose a proper target and method to imitate.By accumulating experience in imitation,industry gradually formed their own creativity,and finally made the transition from imitation to innovation.This paper proposed several operational suggestions based on the fact of China.In terms of technology,government should improve the rationality of technical route,research content,method and its mechanism.In the aspect of industrial support policy,government should continue to optimize the macro policy,preferential fiscal and taxation,government purchase,infrastructure construction,talents system and consumption concept.
