Study On The Relationship Between Industrial Upgrading And National Competitiveness

As the prerequisite and necessary and essential condition,national competitiveness can make a country have big voice in the stage of international politics,let it achieve sustainable development in the complicated and protean economic environment and push the society continuously move forward.The national competitiveness is the base on which we built our country,and it is also the commanding height we should all pay much attention to.The national competitiveness has close relations to the development of economy,the prosperity of society,the continuously improvement of living standard of citizen and so forth.In the previous industry revolutions,the control abilities of resources of different country have been showing a growing disparity,it leads to the unequal international social labor division,there are a lot of differences among the industry distribution,production efficiency,innovation ability and economic development in different countries.As the development of science and technology,the informatization and digitization of society are improving all the time,how to grasp the develop opportunity,upgrade the industry,improve the manufacturing,develop the economy and maintain the national competitiveness are the main and important problems which every country facing up to.For example,Germany has brought forward the concept"Industry 4.0" to maintain the strength of its manufacturing.America has put forward"Intelligent manufacturing" to strengthen the resistance to economy crisis which caused by virtual economies.And also Japan has been calling it manufacturing strategy as "Japan Renaissance Strategy" to keep the strength of its export trade.....All the "re-industrialization" action of the main economy entities in the world cause our deep thinking on the industry upgrading.According to the background and reasons,this paper is going to figure out the influence which industry upgrading has on the national competitiveness under the background of global information age using the empirical analysis and probe to the thinking on the industry upgrading of our country.At the first part of this paper,it introduces the background and significance of the relations between industry upgrading and national competitiveness,summarizes the existing researches and results and presents the thinking logic of this paper.The second part theoretically studies how the industry upgrading have an effect on national competitiveness.At the third part,uses Germany and U.S.as two examples to conduct the empirical analysis on the strategy and experience of industry upgrading.And the last part tells more about our situation,and discusses what we should do in this industry upgrading revolution to maintain our national competitiveness.
