Since the reform of housing reform policy in 1998,China's real estate industry has become China's economic development of the first bus,stable economic growth plays a pivotal role.Due to its considerable profits,many companies have joined the field of real estate development,different enterprise background,culture and management model,determines the size of the enterprise development,speed and profit size.Among them,the real estate industry as a representative of the high degree of professionalism,the importance of human resource management has reached an unprecedented height,for the enterprise to grow and develop the rear.But in the actual production and operation,many small and medium-sized enterprises in the development of the business management plan,paying more attention to the production and marketing sectors,low degree of concern on management of human resource strategic planning,causes the enterprise personnel structure is not stable,not in place,staff management,such as the high rate of employee turnover,influencing the sustainable development of enterprises.At present,a considerable number of enterprises attach great importance to the talent level is not high,how to optimize the enterprise human resources management efficiency,further integration and improve the human resource management pattern configuration,also need to learn from the experience and learning constantly.This paper respectively from the basic knowledge of project human resource management,human resource management of real estate project characteristics,vanke property of human resources development present situation,analyzing the composition of its organizational structure,staff,staff recruitment,training,c&b,performance appraisal system,etc.,and through the vanke real estate "marriage" government,colleges and universities,and peer companies,common cases of real estate reserve talent cultivation,analyzes ZhengJiao line in cooperation to promote the development of the real estate industry,and to improve the enterprise human resources management system to promote the significance and function.By vanke real estate to the quartet cooperation to build talent pool case,analysis the cooperation to promote real estate construction personnel training case background,characteristics,achievements and shortcomings.Combined with vanke real estate the advantages and disadvantages of the current human resource management,put forward Suggestions,is how to combine the training cooperation projects,to optimize the human resources management system,to explore,to develop a new mode of human resource management in order to further improve the vanke property of human resource management measures to provide the reference.Meanwhile,hopes the case of vanke,popularized to other real estate enterprises draw lessons from the new human resource management concept.
