The research object of this paper is company G,it is a domestic small and medium energy chemical processing enterprise,due to the successful implementation of corporate strategy in company management,business of the company is expanding constantly,products of the company are also increased.The original enterprise information system has been unable to meet the requirements of information and management for company G,there also appears difficulties and bottlenecks in management.company G wants to improve the integration ability of enterprise information,control ability of enterprise internal control and management decision,service capability of information technology personnel and overall quality and service capabilities through the ERP project construction.This paper follows project management and the basic theory of ERP,on the basis of the comprehensive project investigation in company G,combined with Managing Business Operations in company G,clears the overall goal and organization of ERP project in company G,and each responsibility setting,project delivery plan of ERP project team in company G,selects SAP R/3 system as ERP software support of company G,combined with the business needs in the aspects of production,sales,purchasing,warehouse and finance in this company,designs its ERP function module,makes sure that ERP system in company G is made up of sales management,production management,procurement management,inventory management,shipping management,financial management and other subsystems,and then designs the whole framework of ERP project function module in company G,determines its ERP project function module,including six functional modules of Project Management module(PS),Material Management module(MM),Plant Management module(PM),Production Planning module(PP),Sales Dietribution module(SD),Financial Accounting module(FI).In combination with the specific situation of G company,we designed the ERP project of G company to implement the total schedule plan,and clarified the work contents of each stage.Then,the problems in the project schedule control and project quality control of the ERP project of G company are analyzed and analyzed.Finally,the corresponding safeguard measures are put forward for the problems of ERP project progress control and quality control of G company.
