Study On The Supply Of Protective Housing In Taiyuan City And Its Influencing Factors

Since implementation of China's housing security system,affordable housing supply has played an important role in solving the problems of residents living difficulties,and it is a great measure in our country for a well-off society and the China dream.In recent years,in order to improve the level of housing security of residents,the government made large-scale construction of affordable housing and has made remarkable achievements.In the "12th Five-Year" period,the country set off a climax of affordable housing construction.However,the continuous expansion of affordable housing construction for the government's ability to supply is a huge test.It can be said that the level of security housing supply determines the level of housing security in a region.Study on the influencing factors of government supply help the government to improve the efficiency of the implementation of housing security policies,and realize the "home ownership" of the target.As the capital city of Shanxi Province,Taiyuan's supply of affordable housing is representative in many second tier city in the country.We taking Taiyuan city as the research object to analyze the security of supply of housing.First of all,Taiyuan City housing security system in the development of continuous improvement,affordable housing project to achieve a breakthrough.This paper analyzes the supply of affordable housing in Taiyuan City in recent years and the development of various types of affordable housing in Taiyuan City,and discover the protection of housing supply problems.Secondly,under the premise of analyzing the financial supply level of housing security in Taiyuan in recent years,the level of financial expenditure of Taiyuan city government housing security is compared with the national average level,and it is realized that the regional housing security government supply level and the national average there is a big gap.Thirdly,this paper uses the method of gray relational analysis to study the main factors influencing the supply of affordable housing,analyze the different degree and influence of each factor,and provide theoretical and data support for the supply of affordable housing in Taiyuan.Finally,according to the main influencing factors of the supply of housing and the supply of affordable housing in Taiyuan,the author puts forward the suggestions for improving the supply of affordable housing in Taiyuan.The results show that the level of fiscal revenue,disposable income of residents and residential area are the main factor affecting the supply of affordable housing inTaiyuan.According to the main factors affecting the supply of housing and the supply of affordable housing in Taiyuan,the Taiyuan municipal government needs to develop the economy and raise the level of the people's income.At the same time,the government could improve the supply system of the protection housing and broaden the financing channels for the protection of housing.Expand the supply of affordable housing covering the crowd to achieve the level of housing supply in Taiyuan City to enhance the level.
