Research On Supply And Demand Of Affordable Housing In Zhengzhou

Zhengzhou City has obtained apparent achievements on the construction of affordable housing,however,there is still the stern reality that the growth rate of paying capacity of low-income urban residents is slower than the growth rate of commercial housing price,and it is difficult to get effective improvement in the short term.Along with the further promotion of urbanization in Zhengzhou City,there is still a huge demand gap for low-income urban residents to affordable housing,and affordable housing,as a very important link of livelihood projects and social public management,must be valued effectively.Firstly,development and policy evolution of affordable housing in Zhengzhou City are sorted out,and then the supply and demand status of affordable housing in Zhengzhou City from two aspects,such as,the quantity and type as well as the distribution in detail respectively are analyzed,and the problems existed in the supply and demand of affordable housing at the current stage are explored.Secondly,based on the questionnaire survey,methods of quantitative and empirical analysis are mainly adopted,and Logistic regression analysis is used to study the factors affecting the demand for affordable housing,grey correlation method is used to study the factors affecting the supply for affordable housing,and grey prediction method is used to forecast the supply and demand of affordable housing in Zhengzhou City in the next five years,so as to combine the research results and the previous analysis to consider the causes of problems existed in the supply and demand of affordable housing in Zhengzhou City from the supply side and the demand side.Finally,in view of the existed problems and reasons of affordable housing in Zhengzhou City,some specific suggestions are put forward from the aspects of greatly increasing the number of affordable housing,improving the construction quality of affordable housing,improving the access and exit of affordable housing,intensifying the policy publicity,guiding the concept of housing consumption,and implementing the preferential policies of affordable housing.Figure 3;Table 31;Reference 51...
