Affordable housing is the housing provided by the government planning for low-income and inviable residents of the country,generally consisting of economically affordable housing,public rental housing,directed placement housing and two-limit(limited price and area)commercial housing.It is of great importance to develop and apply the affordable housing not only improve housing conditions and the basic lifefor middle-and low-income urban residents,but also has an impact on the real estate development.With the development of China's economy and the rapidurbanization,a large number of rural residents move to cities,The growth rate of people's income is lower than that of commodity housing price.In turn,the residents' income level is limited,and the commercial housing on the market can't meet the demand of residents,thus the demand for affordable housing has become more and more urgent.Yang ling demonstration zone belongs to the small and medium-sized cities,but the construction of affordable housing in China's small and medium-sized cities is still in the primary stage.Yang ling learned more from the construction model of xi 'an and other large cities,but it didn't establish the corresponding affordable housing construction system according to the actual situation of backward urban economic development,large number of low-income residents and small urban population.This paper takes the supply of affordable housing in Yang ling demonstration zone as the research object,The article takes.Firstly,it describes the supply situation of affordable housing in yang ling demonstration area and analyzes the existing problems.Secondly,by using the method of gray correlation analysis and combining with the local original data of 10 years,we study the influences of seven factors on the supply of affordable housing,including GDP,the sales area of commercial housing,The average sale price of commercial housing,Floor Space of Buildings Completed,Number of resident population,urbanization rate,urban per capita disposable income.Finally,we put forward some suggestions in line with the current development trend of affordable housing in yang ling demonstration area,and provides some theoretical guidance for the development of affordable housing in other demonstration areas and small cities.The main results are as follows: The method of gray relational show that the average sale price of commercial housing?urban per capita disposable and urbanization rate are the main factor affecting the supply of affordable housing in Yang ling.The results show that Yang ling should focus on regulating housing prices,not only developing the economy and raising people's income,establishing supporting facilities and systems in line with the trend of urbanization,continue to increase capital investment,and ensurethe affordable of housing,expand the supply of affordable housing covering the crowd to achieve the level of housing supply in Yang ling to enhance the level.
