Research On The Relationship Between Energy Enterprises And Government In Inner Mongolia Under The New Normal State

The current economic new normal for new energy companies to provide new opportunities for development,under the background of the economic growth rate may slow down,the trend of transformation of Government-Business Relationship will be more cl ear. With the development of China's economy into the new normal,China's government and enterprise relations will also enter the new normal.This paper takes the energy enterprise in Inner Mongolia as an example,the role and function of local government in the coordination of energy enterprises,and combined with the domestic and foreign research situation.Research on the construction of the new relationship between government and enterprises in Inner Mongolia energy enterprises,solve the following problems:First, in-depth analysis of the basic theory of Government-Business Relationship,from the definition of the concept, the role of government in Government-Business Relationship.Government-Business Relationship, the practice mode and the characteristics of the relationship between government and enterprise,the development trend of the relationship between government and enterprise in our country is explored;Second, take the energy enterprise in Inner Mongolia as an example,analysis a series of problems brought about by the transformation of government functions in the coordination between government and enterprises;Third, based on the analysis of the transformation and development of energy enterprises in Inner Mongolia and the necessity of building a new political enterprise relationship,put forward the development strategy of Inner Mongolia government and energy - based enterprises to build a cooperative relationship.In the process of building the relationship between the government and the energy type enterprises in Inner Mongolia,the author suggests that increasing decentralization efforts,efforts to create a convenient and efficient service environment,to review the approval matters,for many non key areas, the amount of huge projects, especially involving corporate investment and other general management of the approval of the content.From the approval system to record system,clear government approval authority,try to dilute the difference in the system and policy of different ownership economy,local governments must fully clean up and abolish the "land policy" to impede the enforcement of environmental regulation",the government should fully consider the political party enterprises of different ownership and different scale enterprises demands.In addition, but also to fully respect and listen to the views of the industry and enterprises,integration of government information resources,establish a public information service platform covering the government system,focus on the government to find out the situation in arrears,to maintain the image of the government, to protect the interests of enterprises,local governments have gradually realized that to give full play to the local industrial structure optimization, product upgrading,technology and management innovation, and other aspects of the promotion of staff quality and other aspects of the driving effect,and can not be simple positioning of foreign enterprises and local enterprises to grab the market, grab resources.Hopes this research for the reform of Government-Business Relationship,to promote the healthy development of Government-Business Relationship as a theoretical reference.
