| With the development of economy and the accelerated pace of life,the quality of people’s life has been significantly improved,and people have more requirements about fresh and frozen food which are closely related to the health.Cold chain logistics can not only protect the fresh and frozen food from being spoiled during the process of selling and transporting,but also reduce thespoilage and pollution of food,so it has been paid more and more attention.The characteristics of market and the development trend ask to establish fresh and frozen food information traceability system and refine it gradually.So high quality software systems which help cold chain logistics realize informationization and intellectualization are needed,and cause more attention of food enterprises.We must admit that China’s cold chain logistics enterprises are suffering from challenges coming from foreign cold chain logistics enterprises which have obvious advantages in management,technology and capital.Now,the competition in economic business of major enterprises in final is the competition of informationization.Therefore,to cold chain logistics enterprises,informationization construction plays an important role in operating management and work efficiency.In this paper,the general situation,organization structure,business scope and the status quo of information management of Shenyang TSL company are analyzed.Based on the related theory of logistics information management,problems of information construction of TSL company,SWOT analysis of informatization construction of Shenyang TSL company,TSL company of Shenyang informatization and needs analysis,the overall planning of informatization of Shenyang TSL company,and on the basis of the information management of Shenyang TSL company evaluation research and protection,based on the analysis of the information management of Shenyang TSL company,design the evaluation index system,and finally puts forward some measures to safeguard information management of Shenyang TSL company. |
