Research On Development Strategy Of OLD Company

OLD is an independent investment company of T group in China,the main business is data entry,OLD is a labor-intensive enterprises.It's operating in China for twelve years.Due to the fluctuation of the yuan exchange rate and kinds of costs had rising,in recent years,the company has been in a state of loss.Judging from the present situation,exchange rate and cost issues will continue.OLD as a subsidiary company of T group,there is no clear corporate strategy.IT is very difficult to carry out domestic business in China,the first problem is to make the company's development strategy,Therefore,how to find a suitable way for the survival and development has become an important problem to be solved by OLD company.In this paper,the actual situation of OLD company,use the concepts and methods of strategic management.Such as the PEST analysis,SWOT analysis,make a strategic argument for the OLD company.On this basis,using the strategy matrix analysis model,optimize the strategic plan,get the best strategy.Finally,the paper puts forward the specific implementation measures from the choice of strategy and the safeguard measures.
