| The value of human subjective initiative in modern society is becoming more and more valuable,especially for professional and technical talents.Building a good team of employees signifies the consecutive input of energy to the enterprise,so modern enterprises pay great attention to the cultivation of human resources management and personnel.Human resources management has been elevated to a strategic height,which,as a part of the overall strategy of the enterprise,indicates the the enterprise power,strength and competitiveness.For domestic enterprises,especially small and medium-sized enterprises,although they have realized the importance of constructing an excellent staff team,they only stays on the level of ’management’,not a ’strategy’ level.Thus long term plans and considerations are missing Because of the lack of strategic management thinking,human resources in a lot of enterprise have not been able to produce the optimal configuration and the best efficiency.Obviously,this manifests how important it is to consider the human resource management at the strategy level for an enterprise.A set of human resource planning and operating schemes based on scientific support are essential for an enterprise to achieve their strategic goals,to maintain a leading position in the fierce competition.In this paper,the study object,S Company,has been short of human resource management planning for several years,resulting in the waste of human reimburses.Furthermore,the situation for S company is complex because the human resources are wide dispersed.These factors make the human resources management even more difficult.In this paper,from the strategic pointivew,and through the strategic analysis method,we make human resources selection for S company.Based on the SWOT analysis and present situation,we consider that it is better for S company to reverse the adverse situation relying on the opportunity.The research on the S company confirms the importance of strategic and efficient human resources management to an enterprise,especially for S company.The strategic human resources planning for S company,increases the efficiency of human resources usage,motivates employees,improve the business performance and consequentially enhance the vitality in the market. |
