China's demand for industrial robots and automated processing equipment will gradually increase with the yearly increase of labor costs and the arrival of an aging society.Industrial robot is the technology-intensive automation equipment which sets precision machinery,control technology,motor technology,sensor technology in one.Industrial robot has a great promoting role across industries in the process of economic development.Industrial robot can complete a variety of high-risk,high exactness and high workload production which humans can not be completed.This liberating the human labor to a great extent and improve human's labor efficiency.At the same time,it enhances the speed of human science and technology development and makes a significant contribution to economic development of countries and regions.Industrial robot is "crown jewel" in the field of automation.It represents the future development direction of intelligent equipment.In the background of China attaches great importance to the development of industrial robot industry,many provinces and regions in our country have launched measures and policies to accelerate the development of industrial robot.Hubei Province is the core province of the central region,its industrial economy is at a critical period of development and transformation.Provincial and local governments in Hubei Province attach great importance to the central role of industrial robot in the intelligent equipment industry cluster.And they have taken certain measures from the policy-making and action.This thesis constructs evaluation index system of technological innovation capability of industrial robot industry on the basis of carding domestic and foreign literatures and relevant theories.Then it uses SEM to evaluate and analyze the technological innovation capability of industrial robot industry in Hubei Province,and proposes corresponding suggestions.This thesis contains six chapters.Details are as follows:This thesis first briefly introduces the research's background,objectives and significance,literature review at home and abroad,research subject and research approaches in Chapter One.Chapter Two mainly defines industrial robot and its technical compositions,expounds how technological innovation of industrial robot industry promotes economic development and analyzes the factors of industry technological innovation capability.Chapter Three constructs evaluation index system of technological innovation capability of industrial robot industry and selects SEM as the evaluation method.Chapter Four makes an empirical analysis on technological innovation capability of industrial robot industry in Hubei Province.This chapter uses SEM to evaluate and analyze the technological innovation capability of industrial robot industry in Hubei Province combines the technological innovation and industrial development situation of industrial robot in Hubei Province,and then explores and summaries the evaluation results.Chapter Five proposes some suggestions to enhance the technological innovation capability of industrial robot industry in Hubei Province.Chapter Six is composed of summary and research prospect,which summarizes briefly and prospects for further research directions and trends.
