At present,China's economic development is in the growth rate of the shift period,the structural adjustment of the pain period,previous stimulus policy digestion period of the "three superimposed" stage,economic development into the "new normal",economic growth into high-speed,Structure needs to be upgraded.Therefore,on the basis of correctly understanding the development characteristics of our country at present,we will vigorously promote the external transfer of our advantageous industries and promote the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure,which is conducive to the sustained and stable development of our economy.In order to cope with the increasingly complex international political and economic environment,and better promote the transformation and upgrading of China's industrial structure,2013 Xi Jinping,general secretary in the visit to Central Asia during the construction of "Silk Road Economic Zone," the great strategic concept,Road economic zone "along the country's positive response and appreciation.In recent years,due to the financial crisis and the impact of the debt crisis in Europe,the world economic growth is weak,the major commodity prices sharply lower,so that energy exports as the main industry in Central Asia into a development dilemma.The industrial structure of Central Asian countries is backward,the production sector is single,the industrial system is imperfect,and the scale of Chinese industry has been ranked first in the world for five consecutive years.The industrial production capacity obviously exceeds the domestic demand and has the capability and condition of factor output.Central Asian countries to undertake China's competitive industries,can speed up the improvement of their industrial system,promote employment,improve people's living standards.For China,to speed up the "Silk Road Economic Zone"along the country's industrial transfer,can optimize China's industrial structure,the successful transformation and upgrading of the economy,to further improve the energy import diversification strategy,the national strategic security is of great significance.This paper consists of six parts.On the basis of the research on the connotation of the "Silk Road Economic Belt" and the theory of industrial transfer,the current situation of trade and investment in China and Central Asia,the paper analyzes thecurrent situation of agriculture,energy,processing and manufacturing,This paper studies the current situation of China's exports to the five countries of Central Asia,and then selects the global peace index,global governance capacity,economic freedom,investment freedom,total railway mileage,total labor force,time to start a business,The country's investment stock,the industry isomorphic index as the explanatory variable,the industrial added value of the five countries in Central Asia and the global manufacturing capacity ranking as the explanatory variables,in-depth study of China's impact on the five countries of Central Asia industrial transfer of the The author analyzes the factors influencing the industrial transfer of the five countries in Central Asia.Finally,according to the above research,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to promote China's industrial transfer to the five countries in Central Asia.
