Research On Promoting The Transfer Of Rural Surplus Labor Force In Heyuan City

In recent years,China's economy has been rapid development,people's living standard has been improved,the rural population continues to move to the city with the transfer of the rural population,and idle labor,transfer quantity and speed have been greatly improved,urban scale is also expanding.How rational use of rural surplus labor in urban construction is the most important problem to solve the "three rural" problem,and comprehensively promote the process of urbanization in China.A long time,Heyuan city will issue the household registration reform and how to solve the surplus rural labor force in a prominent position,so as to promote the process of urbanization in Heyuan City,accelerate the construction of new countryside of Heyuan City,draw the outline of a harmonious integration of urban and rural economy in the new picture,so that the economic development of Heyuan city comprehensive and rapid in a short period of time.But the rural population can not solve the problem after the city residence of migrant long time has been in the marginalization of many problems have not been completely resolved,which seriously affected the overall development in urban and rural areas of Heyuan City,and make the process of urbanization in Heyuan city has been largely limited,so these problems must have a clear understanding and take active measures to solve the problem.From the research direction in China now,our research results on how to transfer the labor problems in Heyuan area is not very much,therefore,it is very necessary to strengthen the research on factors of transfer of rural surplus labor in Heyuan area.This paper mainly through a combination of questionnaire survey and literature research method,according to the present situation of the transfer of rural surplus labor force in Heyuan city were analyzed,in order to understand the Heyuan rural surplus labor transfer,we need to start from the following aspects: first of all our country should publish the relevant policy,then transfer speed and quantity,the final transfer of personnel the scope of work,quality of life and so on.Through these aspects of the data,the analysis of Heyuan city labor transfer benefits,as well as the problems and causes of these problems are summarized,and the support of relevant theories,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,explore effective ways to solve.
