The Influence And Effect Of Supply Chain Management On Enterprise Development

In an open economy nowadays the market competition is not in the simple form of competition between enterprises but there is a development trend of the competition between supply chains.Under the background of economic globalization and regional economic integration,the market competitive advantage is not unique to a particular enterprise,but a vivid reflection of the comprehensive competitiveness of the whole supply chain.Enterprise management and operation under supply chain management,such as enterprise procurement management,inventory management,production management and sales management is a complex systems engineering.Based on this background,this article is to study comprehensively the important influence and role of supply chain management on enterprise management and operation.By actively learning from the useful experience and practice of supply chain management in United States,Japan and other developed countries,also in close connection with the China's actual practices,the paper explores the optimization strategy for enterprise management and operation under the mode of supply chain management,based on a real case of Company A in China.In order to enhance the quality of the research as well as designing operational strategy,this paper integrates knowledge and methods of relevant subjects such as enterprise management,supply chain management,procurement management,logistics management and mathematical statistics;focusing on joint connection of theoretical analysis and empirical research,organic integration of qualitative and quantitative analysis as well as logical research of problem analysis and strategy design.By the analysis,comparison and reference of the supply chain management mode,the paper offers optimization strategies for enterprise management and operation.Generally speaking,the paper mainly consists of six parts.The first part is the introduction,which is the premise of this research.The second part is the key concepts and theories,which is the theoretical basis of the paper.The third part is analysis and the classic cases of supply chain Management's influence on the enterprise,which is the realistic starting point of the paper.The fourth part is current operation status and problem analysis of Company A,which is the focus of this study.The fifth part is optimization strategy of Company A under the supply chain management(SCM),which is the research result of the paper.The sixth part is a conclusion,which is a summary of the research.Compared with similar studies,this research has theoretical exploration and practical significance.The research is conducive to innovation management research paradigm model of supply chain management enterprises in China.Also,it is in favor of the core competitiveness of company A to improve the quality of management and operation.Under the modern market economy condition,only the enterprise supplying a chain management can effectively integrate internal and external resources,and optimize procurement,inventory,production and sales management,and market competition.It helps to improve the level of supply chain management for Chinese enterprises in the new period,to boost industrial development level,to better promote the strategic transformation and upgrading the development mode of China's industrial structure,and to lead China's economic and social development.
