Research On County Land Space Planning Based On Mosaic Theory

“Land is the mother of all things”,is also the foundation of human survival and development.Across the land with its unique functional properties and spatial distribution,bears all things,nourishes the world,with all beings,land is a kind of resources at the same time,is a kind of scarce resources.Historically,human preference for the land has never stopped.Different people have different views of development and utilization of the land and selection.Demands on land,will inevitably cause a variety of inevitable conflicts and irreconcilable conflict."County governance,the world",since ancient times,the county is the basic component unit of the country is very important for the stability and development of the county level.County economic and social development and safety,the national county weak national poverty,county strong a country rich,county therapeutic national security.The county economy to regional space as the main body character,strong integrity and external differences,outstanding performance is land boundaries.And the land is the source of all things,the land resource is the important foundation of economic development and social stability,the advantages and disadvantages of county land space development pattern is the key of county economic development and social stability.For smoothly promote the increasingly optimization of county land space development pattern,the county land space planning theory and methods of deconstruction analysis,explore the basic optimization path,seeking optimal land spatial structure and function of the planningmodel,thereby boosting the county economy development and the safeguard society overall stability.This paper creatively introduces the mosaic theory.This paper makes a detailed study on the land space planning of the county based on the mosaic theory,and discusses the components of the mosaic theory,the dynamic mechanism and the mosaic area.On this basis,taking Ningxiang County as the research object,to Ningxiang county land development space layout characteristics are analyzed,summarized the Ningxiang county land spatial planning and the exploration of the mosaic pattern,puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of county land space.In the theory of guiding the land space planning of the county,the paper creatively put forward the theory of mosaic,which can guide the practice effectively.
