| With the rapid increase of Chinese vehicle ownership,the regulations put forward higher requirements for the automobile energy saving and environmental protection.Advanced vehicle engine technologies play a leading role in the energy-saving and environmental protection,but the gasoline engine mainly uses multi point injection(MPI)and naturally aspirated(NA)technologies in current domestic market.Vehicles cannot meet the increasingly stringent environmental regulations requirements for energy-saving on these technologies.Therefore gasoline engine technology development tendency is gasoline direct injection(GDI)in the future,this technology can reduce 25%of the fuel consumption and emissions reached Euro five or Euro six standard.Now several domestic automobile manufacturers are in the progress of gasoline direct injection engine development,J company has developed the gasoline direct injection engine project which can meet the requirements of the regulations and can build competitive engine products.The successful development of the project can bring huge economic benefits and improve the management level of the J company internal development projects,furthermore can provide useful experience for the other automobile manufacturers.This paper researches J company project management of direct injection gasoline engine(GDI)development,it shows the application of the project schedule management tools and techniques and solve actual problem which direct injection gasoline engine development faced,allowed time is far less than the normal time,then put forward the direct injection gasoline engine development schedule control model. |
