ERP Project Schedule Plan And Control Of Shanxi Fenxi Heavy Industry Company

The growing competition in the manufacturing industry has promoted a new round of industrial revolution with the economic globalization going on,meanwhile,intelligent manufacturing has become a major trend in the development of the global manufacturing industry.The United States proposed industrial Internet and intelligent manufacturing standard strategy,Germany proposed the strategy of industry 4.0,our country proposed ‘Made in Chine 2025' strategy.Their common feature is based on Cyber-Physical System,focusing on promoting intelligent manufacturing and industrial upgrading.The most significant feature of intelligent manufacturing,which is distinguished from traditional manufacturing,is the deep integration of manufacturing and information technology.Behind these advanced industrial ideas is the closed-loop of manufacturing model,product definition and expression,service delivery and use,product improvement,in which virtual manufacturing and physical production was combined with a new manufacturing model.At present,the United States,Germany and China are on behalf of the direction of development in global manufacturing transformation and upgrading.The purpose and significance of this paper is to study the project management theory and application practice in the life cycle of RS10 ERP system based on the digital and intelligent factory construction of military enterprise.This paper attempts to analyze the Fenxi Heavy Industry company ERP project by making the project plan including requirement analysis stage,detailed system design stage,system development stage,system implementation stage,on-line stage,maintenance and optimization stage,using the project management method in planning.Then this paper tells how to control the project progress to implement the ERP system successfully.Through the research of the ERP project planning and control,this paper proposed the characterized project management method to fulfill the discrete military enterprise ERP project implementation,which can be applied to ERP system project's whole process of development and implementation to help the ERP system project can be successfully implemented when other domestic military enterprises also attempt to implement ERP projects.
