The 21 st century is the era of information,extensive application of information technology,the system integration industry has expanded rapidly,but the corresponding system integration businesses also will intensify competition,the development of enterprises face more severe challenges and vast opportunities.For system integration businesses,how to face the competition to survive and grow,we must make choices and strategic planning of the company's strategy,and effectively implemented.SC Company is the systems integration industry in which the company,representing the entire industry of similar size enterprises,SC company's development strategy research can bring some reference for the strategic development of our systems integration industry SMEs.In this paper,PEST analysis and five forces model analysis and SWOT analysis as a tool for system analysis,the economic environment of SMEs systems integration industry,economic environment,social and cultural environment,technical environment form analysis,the impact of the development company SC Important external environment,and from the industry point of view,expounded the competitive situation of the industry,using the five forces model of competition within the industry for system analysis,summed up the company's development opportunities and threats SC under the external environment.Followed by the internal status of the company SC elaborate analysis,combing their operations and sources of business,and a brief description of the performance of health in recent years.While the SC's internal resources,management ability,technical skills,management conditions,etc.describe a comprehensive analysis,summarized SC Advantages in each dimension,weaknesses.Combining internal and external environment analysis,SWOT model to build,a comprehensive analysis of the development of the company SC Existing internal strengths and weaknesses,external opportunities and threats.Based on the results of the above analysis,the actual operating conditions for which the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities threats focused on balance,the final choice of the appropriate mode of analysis to derive choice of development strategy.Theory with practice,come to SC company's strategic positioning and strategic objectives of the company,to determine the six-year period of strategic stages,each stage clear milestones to be achieved,the target segment,step by step.Given coping strategies and develop specific strategies to strengthen safeguards from human resource management and organizational construction,improve the sound management system,strengthen the management of public relations,the implementation of corporate culture system and other aspects.
