In recent years,scholars have further understanding of land remediation,especially after the release of a new round of national land remediation plan,relying on industrial model construction of high standards of basic farmland,promote the development of agricultural industrialization become the country's leading rural economic development direction.This paper takes the land improvement of Zhulu town of Lingang industrial zone as an example.by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to analyze the economic benefit,the economic benefit and the economic benefit of land reclamation in the rural area through the land use status,land consolidation plan and project implementation effect,social benefit,ecological benefit and resource benefit,and make the scientific evaluation to the comprehensive benefit,with a view to provide reference for the rural land resource utilization in the hilly and mountainous area.the land use of Zhulu town in the study area is quite outstanding,and the unreasonable farming methods have been used for many years.the soil erosion is serious,the ecological environment is fragile,the land utilization rate and output rate are low,which restrict the local economy to a great extent.development of.therefore,it is of great significance to carry out comprehensive renovation of the local land,increase the area of land,improve the quality of cultivated land and improve the ecological environment,so as to develop the social,economic and ecological benefits in the region.In accordance with Zhulu town land using planning,improving the quality of arable land and increasing the effective area of cultivated land is necessary.And improving production conditions and ecological environment is also important.The economic benefits are mainly reflected in the aspects of water saving,energy saving,land saving,production increase and labor saving.After the project implementation,the annual economic benefit can reach 2.1274 million yuan.After land remediation,the project area can be a net increase of arable land area of 42.74 hectares,an annual increase of 46.59 million kilograms of grain production,and increasing the material wealth and to achieving total farmland dynamic equilibrium play an important role.At the same time,after the completion of the project area,this will improve the local planting conditions to a certain extent,which is conducive to the implementation of large-scale management.It greatly improves the agricultural production conditions and rural ecological environment.Through the project area of governance,the planting green forest,preventing soil erosion,adjusting the temperature and improving the ability to resist natural disasters are important.According to the demand of various industries and the natural resources and infrastructure status of the project are,a series of land consolidation,road engineering,irrigation works,interior works and supporting projects of forest net were implemented respectively to improve farmland production conditions.A perfect field road system and irrigation and drainage system improve agricultural infrastructure and promote the agricultural industry mechanization of production and large-scale operation,so as to promote the industrialization of the development process.In this paper,the economic benefits,social benefits,ecological benefits and comprehensive benefits of land consolidation are systematically.Based on the quantitative analysis of mathematics,the evaluation index system of comprehensive benefit index is established.The benefit index weight is constructed by using Delphi method,and the fuzzy mathematics model of benefit evaluation is established by using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the economic,social and ecological benefits of all the single factors,that is,each sub-index contains multiple sub-indicators to obtain the results of the index evaluation of the factors,the final comprehensive benefit evaluation.The results show that the economic benefit,social benefit,ecological benefit and comprehensive benefit score of the land remediation in the study area all reach more than 90 points,and the effect of land remediation is obvious.After the renovation of 42.74 hectare of arable land and the new arable land rate of 10.72%at the same time.The original land formation,water conservancy facilities,irrigation guarantee rate of 75%or more,which can greatly improve the land yield and the farmland to resist natural disasters.The ability to harvest agricultural production has been protected.It can be seen that the implementation of the project will produce significant economic,social and ecological benefits.
