The Study On Th Incentive Mechanism Of The Tour Guide In China M&R Special Tours Based On The Heory Of Sharing The Wages

Guide pay incentives in the travel agency to retain excellent guide personnel in the course of a very important position,according to the National Bureau of statistics data show that in 2013 the travel agents,tour guide service agencies were 275239 and 462481,respectively,accounted for 37.31% of the total number of guides and 62.69%.Currently on the market most of the part-time tour guide neither basic wages and labor costs;most of the travel agencies to part-time tour guides to implement different salary systems.In 2013,the "integrity,professional enthusiasm CYTS mastery of the tour guide is the key factor of the tourism consumers happy.The loss of excellent tour guide personnel,will be the maximal loss of tourism industry,and launched a "tour of the incentive plan",aimed at by tour guide salary system adjustment and KPI assessment content changes to improve CYTS first-line income guide,incentive tour guides the work of passion and retain outstanding talent tour guide.Along with the development of social economy,combined with the guide free nature of the work,the author believes that sharing wage theory in tour guide salary incentive model established on the tour guide talents fate has extremely important significance.The share of wage theory by introducing the theory and model,applied to the tour guide salary system construction,firstly,compensation incentive theory and sharing wage theory were introduced in this paper,the author through the survey data,verify the low weak incentive is a common phenomenon in the tour guide occupation in China,this caused the harm multi angle analysis,internal system design on the basis of the share of wage formation tour guide salary incentive mechanism,on the introduction of the concept of change in the salary design,the formation of the company's development needs of the pay design system.
