| The paper is based on the enterprise motivation system theories of domestic and international study, to mainly analyses current motivation system in DCZY and demonstrates the problems existed in motivation system, which is including salary, promotion and company culture. Meanwhile, it is trying to detect the proper and effective measures for these problems in motivation system, in order to build up the scientific motivation system. In the study, the analysis is theoretically focus on the salary system, promotion system and company culture of enterprise. The methodology includes questionnaires, personal interview, industry research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, data analysis and so on. Combines with the theories research, it will introduce the redesign of enterprise motivation system in DCZY. The study not only helps to improve motivation system in DCZY, but also impacts on human resources management. It provides recommendation for practical significance in performance management, company culture and motivation system areas of enterprise. |
