With the continuous reform of China's securities industry and the gradual formation of the securities industry from the state-owned monopoly to the oligopoly in the Internet context,both large and small-scale securities companies in the market face various challenges,including competition and retention of talents.It is an important link for securities companies to obtain their own market position,and a perfect talent incentive mechanism is the basis for attracting and retaining talents.However,China's securities industry has always been a problem of unfair distribution,single incentives,and neglect of long-term needs of employees in China's securities industry,which has brought great obstacles to the development of China's securities industry.Therefore,in order to strengthen the securities industry in China,it is necessary to study a new incentive mechanism in line with the market competition environment.In this context,this paper willstudy the existing incentive mechanism of A securities company,systematically expound the relevant research on the incentive mechanism at home and abroad,related theoretical knowledge,and then combine the segment investigation and expert interviews to organize the A securities company.The structure and departmental responsibilities and the status quo of the employee incentive mechanism are analyzed and the satisfaction of the employees is obtained.The problems and reasons of the compensation,training and assessment of the existing incentive mechanism of A securities company are deeply analyzed.The last problem found are proposes of improvements of A securities company's incentive mechanism.
