In the era of knowledge economy, talent competition among enterprises is increasingly becoming a key factor in the market foothold. Modern human resources management concept has been put into the cost of traditional human resource capital investment increased to human resources, how best to get the best combination regimen capital efficiency output, has become the core of modern cost control, human resource competitiveness. For pharmaceutical companies in terms of human resources has become the first enterprise resources, investment and culture of outstanding sales staff, senior research staff, has become a key determinant of the success of pharmaceutical companies.
