Since 1986, China's rural poverty has been greatly eased, which has benefited from the development of China's government to take the lead in the development of poverty alleviation mode, in recent years, the "precision of poverty" mode of widespread use, China's poverty work has been greatly improved, and broke through the constraints of the original system, showing a new feature.The hen mountain county as an example, to the various poverty alleviation mode as the research object, to domestic and foreign advanced theory basis for the study, pay attention to multi-disciplinary overlapping research, using literature method, micro macro node legal, theory and the countermeasure research combination method. Focuses on poverty alleviation and operational mechanism of the existing problems, put forward effective policy suggestions according to the deficiencies and shortcomings of its existence, and provide a theoretical basis and practical experience for future research of poverty alleviation and policy formulation. In this paper, we focus on the transformation of the mode of poverty reduction, the subsidy way of "blood" instead of the original "blood transfusion", to promote the innovation of the mode of poverty, and emphasize the introduction of sustainable development to poverty, and to make farmers participate in supporting mode innovation, improve their own development ability, so that they can really feel the benefits of poverty, improve people's living standards, and achieve the "two century" grand goal.
