Research About The Team Effectiveness Evaluation Of The NS Company Software Outsourcing To Japan

With the Japanese software outsourcing industry external environment changing,these enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition,also the survival and development is facing serious challenges.They are the effective measures for enterprises meeting the challenge to use team cooperation and establish a high performance team.Therefore,in the condition of the Japan outsourcing software project,how to build efficient team is a problem needed for further research.By using the method of the literature research method,the empirical method investigation and analysis method,The mathematical modeling method as well as case study,this paper in view of the NS Corporation of Japan outsourcing software project characteristics constructed the project evaluation team effectiveness model and estimated the effectiveness of the project evaluation team for several years,analyzed the project team effectiveness evaluation results,put forward the improvement scheme of strengthening the construction of virtual team and the formation of efficient project team,the concrete research contents are as follows:Through the present situation analysis of NS Company on the operation of the Japan outsourcing software project team,in accordance with the composition characteristics of project team and virtualization degree this paper classified the project team,using the theories and methods of multi-attribute comprehensive evaluation to construct the evaluation of different types of project teams effectiveness model.By using team project effectiveness evaluation model constructed,it analyzed and evaluated the performance data of the NS companies in the past,and put the project team effectiveness results into the enterprise organization improvement activities,proposing the improvement scheme to strengthen the team building and constructing efficient virtual project team.It improved the scheme effective project team based on the evaluation results,especially researched empirically project team formation way focused on performance indicators.This paper selected the project sales management system of LX building materials company as an example.At the planning stage of the project,using project team construction way based on performance indicators focused on is to set up the project of virtual team;and at the end of the project,assessing the project team effectiveness.Through the research on the effectiveness of Japan outsourcing software project team of NS Company,it draws a certain targeted and instructive conclusions.This study could be expected to get some inspiration to communication management theory of project management in the aspect of the project team effectiveness.
