Manufacturing Company Logistics Service Outsourcing Management Research

Based on the theory of "core competence",enterprises should focus on the core business.For manufacturing enterprises.their core businesses apparently in production,logistics service belongs to the non core business of the enterprise,so it should be outsourced.Logistics of manufacturing enterprises is different from other types of Companies in the logistics work.Content of service is the whole and hours of Business are very concentrated.According to this characteristic,Companies in the logistics outsourcing should be faced the problem which to choose,at what time,in what way to carry out,and likely faced what the problem is,and how to solve the problem.There are a lot of similar problems,but we can carry out the effective management of logistics outsourcing only when these problems are solved.This paper studied the topic of development and management in terms of the manufacturing enterprise logistics outsourcing by presenting the example of Changshu Danieli Company.(1)This paper summarized the current type of outsourcing and analyzed the characteristics of manufacturing logistics and tracing the source of outsourcing business around the outsourcing decision.(2)This research summed up the benefits of doing business outsourcing through some literature and examples and analyzed amply the advantages and disadvantages of the manufacturing enterprise logistics outsourcing and lay a theoretical foundation for the next step.(3)This paper respectively introduced the domestic and outside theories of logistics outsourcing idea;process of development and current situation of implementation.(4)This essay took Changshu Danieli company,a mechanical processing enterprises for example,using the SWOT method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of logistics outsourcing,analyzing the current situation of the company’s logistics service outsourcing and the problems in the implementation of the projects,including the commonness and individuality.(5)This paper analyzed the problems of service outsourcing of the Danieli company and put forward different improvement schemes aiming at the problem of commonness and individuality according to combination of theory and practice.
