Research On The Healthy Development Of Electronic Commerce Industry Cluster Based On The Ecological Perspective

As the electronic commerce market scale expands rapidly,the construction of e-commerce industry cluster promoted vigorously,as the carrier,realize "the industrial concentration and platform integration efficiency and gathering" gradually,is a significant initiative to enhance the core competitive power of the national economy.But the majority of the e-commerce industry cluster scale benefits at present are difficult to reflect.The homogeneous competition is outstanding;meanwhile,the professional service team of industrial cluster and the public service supporting system is inadequate.Therefore,take a chance to improve industry cluster service ability and build a good e-commerce ecosystem industrial cluster will be a conduciveness to promote the development of the e-commerce industry sustainable and healthy.This study reveals the structure and operational mechanism of e-commerce industry cluster ecosystem in terms of the perspective of ecology.This study aims to provide a reference for the healthy development of the e-commerce industry cluster by means of health evaluation and countermeasure research.Firstly,according to analysis of our country electronic commerce development of industrial clusters,this study builds an e-commerce industrial cluster ecosystem model,which including leading population,key population,parasitic species,support population.At the same time,it also analyzes the mutually beneficial relationship among the biological ingredients,and proposes the e-commerce ecosystem health of industrial cluster development.Based on the model and the hypotheses proposed above,the study adopts fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)to building an evaluation index system of e-commerce industry cluster basic information,electronic business service industry concentration,public service platform construction and industrial cluster management.Analyzing by examples,it concludes that the main factors influencing the healthy development of the cluster is the construction of public service platform.Then,the study analysis e-commerce public service platform operation mechanism by using system dynamics knowledge.It concludes that e-commerce public service platform is characteristic?pluralism dynamic and system dissipate.Last but not the least,this study summarizes the full text and looks forward the direction of future research in this field.
