Research On The Internal Control Of Equity-based Crowd-funding Platform

In recent years,equity-based crowd-funding has become one of the hot spots of internet finance in C hina.Our country has established many equity-based crowd-funding platform,such as JD Finance,36 Kr,AngelCrunch,dajiatou etc.With the continuous development of equity-based crowd-funding platform,various risks such as credit risk,technical risk and operational risk are becoming more and more serious.In order to regulate the market and prevent these risks,C hina has issued a number of opinions and methods.But it is not enough to prevent these risks effectively,in addition to the natio nal and industry to further improve the relevant laws and regulations for supervision and regulation,the platform should also improve internal controls to prevent the internal and external risks,to achieve sustainable development.This paper studies the internal controls of Equity-based crowd-funding platform.Firstly,I collected and analyzed the chinese and foreign literature and theoretical knowledge about internal control of financial enterprise,risk management and internal control of crowd-funding platform.I have found that the current research focuses on the risk of the public platform and its prevention,and also discussed the construction of the internal control system of the platform.However,the lack of a comprehensive and in-depth practice research on the application of internal control based on the platform.So,I take A platform as the object,research the problem of internal control and analyze the causes from the control environment,risk assessment,control activities,information and communication and monitoring.And then,I put forward some suggestions for the improvement of A platform's internal control.As a result,it can provide reference for the construction and optimization of the internal control of the other equity-based crowd-funding platform.
