Kazakhstan's accession to the Eurasian Customs Union is a promising opportunity to improve the efficiency of international trade and strengthening the rule of policy to the membership and to give new opportunities for trade policy of Kazakhstan.The formation of the ECU adopts a common market with a population of about 170 million.ECU will provide an opportunity for leaders of member-States open new frontiers for business Commerce.Member States have new opportunities to create joint ventures.The meaning of the Customs Union is the elimination of the customs borders to the movement of goods and services in the customs territory,economic activity in these cases,the growth of economic activity and trade.In 2010,the Republic of Belarus,Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation have created the ECU.In addition,countries achieved impressive level of integration.The thesis starts with a brief historical background that characterizes the current economic state of Kazakhstan to the ECU.The thesis provides an analysis of the impact of the formation of the ECU to Kazakhstan's economy and trade turnover between member states.This thesis includes an analysis of costs and benefits significant to the region's economy.Therefore,as member States influence the development of the ECU,also the formation and history of the development of the ECU.The thesis considers risk analysis and comparative analyses of Kazakhstan's before and after joining the ECU.This thesis provides an answer to the following question:how does the economy of Kazakhstan gets the advantage and loss in the ECU,potential risks and how the ECU affect to the Kazakhstan's oil industry.
