The New Urbanization Of Land-lost Farmers Problem In Urbanization Research-in Changshu City Dong Town

Urbanization is the core of the new urbanization.Since the reform and opening up,along with China's urban area expansion,resulting in a large number of landless farmers,these farmers have made great contributions and sacrifices for the process of urbanization Chinese,they can integrate into urban life,realize the synchronization of population urbanization and land urbanization,is an important indicator to measure whether healthy urbanization.Therefore,to promote the citizenization of landless peasants has become an important content of the new urbanization in China,and is also an objective demand for the integration of urban and rural development and the harmonious development of society.In this paper,through in-depth research of the present situation of landless farmers in Changshou City Dong Bang,to understand the life status and demands of landless peasants,and urbanization from the employment of landless peasants,landless peasants living and basic interests of landless peasants and landless peasants psychological status of four aspects deeply analyze the existence of the landless peasants' Citizenization in predicament.Research shows that:the urbanization of landless peasants is not optimistic about the overall situation,problems of employment intention is not strong and the lack of employment employment ability;land acquisition compensation and resettlement,land acquisition and demolition of existing unreasonable compensation and resettlement housing construction management problems;social security,are not truly"farmers to the city" and the social security is not perfect;the community culture construction and management services,the existence of backward community management system and the construction of community culture is not in place and other issues.From the institutional,cultural and social factors influence factor analysis of Changshou City Dong Bang urbanization of farmers,through the process of urbanization of farmers as well as the internal and external environment factors,the deep-seated reasons for the process of urbanization of farmers,and then puts forward some countermeasures of the landless peasant.It mainly includes:perfecting the land expropriation system of the landless peasants,establishing a unified social security system,establishing a perfect employment security system and enhancing the urban cultural identity of the landless peasants.In order to provide reference for the policy making of the land lost farmers.
