Security housing is policy-related housing.Our country is the initiator of the project,and the recipients are populations with economic and housing difficulties.However,when security housing brings fair to society,there also exist many problems,such as lagged schedule.Many home buyers cannot live in houses after purchasing for a long time or even find that there is numbers of problems after living in.The occurrence of these problems strike home buyers' attitude towards and enthusiasm for security houses.As a result,so many risk elements influencing security houses and making the houses become negative topic of public opinion.This thesis analyzes the risk of security housing construction under Public Private Partnership(PPP)mode.The aim is to find out the key risk factor of the TC project.In the whole life cycle of a project,the stage connects interest of various parties together,which promotes and excludes each other in the process of construction.The key factor of the success or failure of a security housing project lies in the control of the construction risk.In the study,the risk have been separated into severity and probability of occurrence.The aim is that overcoming the respondents' subjective bias after separating,making the data more realistic.In addition,the relative number after separating can be obtained the larger data degree of separation by the combination,and making the sorting more obvious.This thesis takes recognition,getting key indicators and response as main lines and emphasizes on the risk management.In the recognition stage,using literature review and WB-RBS method,risk indexes or potential risk indexes in the construction stage are figured out.Using SPSS to analyze the data from the questionnaire by factor analysis and principal component analysis,then this thesis finds out the result of the risk recognition and the key risk of the TC project respectively.Specifically,obtaining the classification of risk indicators through rotating the matrix component.Then this thesis gets the large-load factors as key indicators in the main ingredient respectively.The coefficients of risk equation are obtained by coefficients of principal-component equation and the contribution rate of variance,then sorting by the coefficients.Getting the indicators of the key risk by classifying and sorting after revise comprehensive indexes,namely,risk severity and probability of occurrence.Finally,this thesis provides targeted solutions.To sum up,the risk in the construction of security housing under PPP mode reflects both its uniqueness and public general cognition.To well manage risks is to finish the recognition,evaluation and response to risks well.
