Research On The Patent Subsidy Policy Optimization Upon Demands Of Intellectual Property Profit Management Of Enerprise

The patent subsidy policy as one of the important content of national intellectual property strategy,is an important measure to promote enterprise independent innovation ability.The government need provide the corresponding service timely according to the needs of the enterprises.There is a serious supervision problem that what the influence of the patent subsidy policy upon the intellectual property profit management of enterprise,and the demand of the enterprise under the influence of the patent.In order to make the national policy take biggest effect,the comparison research on the changes of the intellectual property profit management of enterprise under the influence of the state patent subsidy policy is necessary.In this paper,taking one of Shanghai new high-tech enterprise as an example,it refers to comparison research on the changes of the intellectual property profit management of enterprise under the influence of the state patent subsidy policy,and put forward to a better state patent subsidy policy based on the demand of the enterprise to further promote the overall level of science and technology innovation of our country.This paper mainly divides into six parts:the first part analyzes the correlation research between domestic and overseas patent subsidy policy and the intellectual property profit management of enterprise;then the paper describes the status quo of domestic and overseas patent subsidy policy;the third part introduces the definitions of the intellectual property profit management of enterprise and patent subsidy policy and their correlation;the forth part has selected a case enterprise to investigate and analyze the influence level of the intellectual property profit management of enterprise by patent subsidy policy,and put forward to a demand of the state patent subsidy policy based on the improvement of intellectual property profit management of enterprise;the fifth part based on previous study,comparing the change of the intellectual property profit management of enterprise and put forward the better suggestions of the patent subsidy policy in order to promote the development of the intellectual property profit management of enterprise;the last past is a conclusion and summarize said research.
