Research On Jiangsu Province Patent Subsidy Policy Based On Patent Quality Orientation

This paper starts with the concept and based on the collaborative theory,governance theory and system theory,explaining the definition,content,form of patent subsidy policy and the definition of patent quality and its existing problems in detail.A detailed review of the current status of the patent subsidy policy in Jiangsu Province includes the history of the development of the patent subsidy policy in Jiangsu Province.Through the status of the patent subsidy policy in various regions of Jiangsu Province,both finding the effectiveness and problems of the patent subsidy policy in Jiangsu Province.By referring to the patent subsidy system of the United States and understanding their key subsidy fields and patent incentive measures,the advantages of the patent subsidy policy of the United States are discovered and the enlightenment of the patent subsidy system of the United States to Jiangsu province is considered.Finally,based on the above analysis,proposing the improvements of the patent subsidy policy of Jiangsu Province.
