Study On The Optimization Of Procurement Management Of Nimble Real Estate Company

Under the influences of deepen economic system reformation and increasing macroeconomic control,the real estate companies' challenges of economic globalization and informatization are gr owing day by day.Senior managers of real estate companies realize that,they must reform and in novate themselves to impove core competencies to guarantee survival and sustainable developmen t in the era of knowledge economy.Business Process Reengineering(BPR)and Supply Chain Management(SCM),which are k nown as "weapon" to accelerate integration of enterprise resources and enhance the core competiti veness,have been applied and verified by industrial enterprises.However,real estate companies u se them rarely.As the bridge of linking Internal and external aspects,strengthening procurement m anagement becomes the key of playing the core role in BPR and bringing up the competitive adva ntage.On refering to lots of BPR and SCM literatures and analysing MinJie company(a rapid growi ng real estate company),the author finds plenty of problems in BPR of MinJie,e.g.supplier ma nagement functions is missing,procurement is too simple,process of purchasing and pricing appro val is too long,organizational structure is too bloated and decision-making efficiency is too weak.Finally,to lay a foundation of comprehensive scientific management and information develop ment in MinJie,the author propose optimization design of procurement management,reform the s upplier management,procurement and business processes on the information platfonn and set up new BPR system and sppraisal system.On this basis,strengthen the integration of the supply chai n of internal resources and external resources combing and improve agility estate core position in t he supply chain to achieve a strategic transformation of supply chain,it is a new way of real estate business management revolution on turning point.
