With the growth of people living standard and the gradually improvement of material living conditions,people's demand for fresh products is increasing by degrees,and showing a trend of diversification.With the advent of the ‘Internet plus' era,the concept and habits of consumers online shopping fresh products have been cultivated.Compared with the general online shopping products,fresh products have more strict requirements on the whole circulation process,almost all rely on cold chain logistics escort.However,cold chain logistics started late in China,so some problems that the imperfect infrastructure construction,the vulnerable entire cold chain logistics system and lack of standardization system of the circulation process of fresh products and absent risk control of each link are easy to bring heavy loss for the enterprise.So it is provided with great theoretical and practical significance to ensure the quality of fresh products,improve logistics efficiency and reduce enterprise lost cost by means of full awareness of each link risk of fresh products cold chain logistics,measuring the risk probability and loss value and setting up necessary risk control system and prevention mechanism.This paper is based on the theory of fresh electricity supplier logistics and risk management and take the risk of fresh electricity supplier logistics as the object of study,dissect deeply the development status,and then combined with a large number of domestic and foreign literature review,identify the source of fresh electricity supplier logistics risk,screen out 2 factors on two level index,10 factors on three level index and 20 factors on four level index to structure a fresh electricity supplier logistics risk measurement index system,and design the risk measurement standard of each index.Then the paper establishes a risk measurement model by using the fuzzy AHP method and combining with the actual situation of the SF preferred and logistics,evaluates for the probability of occurrence and loss value of risk index and measures the risk weights of each index and the comprehensive risk level,so as to make sure the key risk factors of fresh electricity supplier logistics.Finally,according to the results of the measurement,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the risk control and prevention of fresh electricity supplier logistics.
