Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Land Use Benefits Along Silk Road Economic Belt In The Northwest City Groups In China

Since the reform and opening up,along with the economic growth and land policy reform,the land development and utilization of land produced a great benefit.However,with the rapid development of economy and the acceleration of urbanization process,people's demand for land increased significantly,the contradiction between supply and demand of land and non-coordination of land use economic,social and ecological benefits become a prominent problem of land use.Therefore,against the development of the western region and the Silk Road Economic Belt(referred to as "Silk Belt")construction backdrop,the city group is the gateway that the world came into China and China towards the world.It is an important guarantee of promoting the land use sustainable development of the city group to promote the LUB and the coordinated development between land benefits of the city group.This paper used the coefficient of variation and comprehensive benefits evaluation model to establish the LUB evaluation index system from economic,social and ecological.Here,five city group were taken as the research object to measure land use benefits(LUB)from 2008 to 2014.At the same time,Hotspot analysis,coordinative degree,harmonious degree and R/S analysis method were used to discuss the spatial and temporal pattern evolution and development trend of LUB.Finally,the gray relational method is used to analyze the driving factors that affected the comprehensive benefit of land use in city groups.The results showed that:(1)From 2008 to 2004,LUB of the city group increased and the LUB of Guanzhong city group is the highest and Jiujiayu's is the lowest.The cities LUB also increased and the spatial distribution showed significant differences.Economic and the comprehensive benefits were gradually decreasing from the core city to the surroundings and the social benefits are gradually decreasing from northwest to southeast.The spatial distribution of ecological benefits is characterized that Guanzhong and Jiujiayu's were lower.The spatial agglomeration of economic and social benefits is not significant,and the spatial agglomeration of ecological benefits and comprehensive benefits are more obvious.The hot spots are mainly distributed in the cities of Tianshan North Slope city group.The cold spots are mainly distributed in the cities of Lanxi city group.(2)From 2008 to 2014,the land use coordinative degree of city group is generally low,which is in the antagonistic stage.It shows that the benefits of the city group are blocking and countering each other.In the cities,low coupling degree zones are are mainly distributed in Tianshanbeipo city group,which is basically consistent with the distribution of the economic low value areas.high antagonistic stage regional are mainly distributed in the Jiujiayu and along the mild and moderate antagonism area of guanzhong?lanxi and ningxiayanhuang city group,which are accounting for 66.7%,43.3%and 46.7%of the evaluation units in 2008,2011 and 2014.The regions of the moderate antagonistic stage showed scattered segments.The areas with low antagonistic were distributed in the core city of each city group;Xi'an is in the running-in stage.(3)The harmonious degree shows that the land use of city group is low from 2008 to 2014.The urban land use coordination degree generally shows that the core cities are higher than other cities and decreases from the core city to the surroundings.In 2008,2011 and 2014,the moderate harmonious zones account for 33.5%,2.30%and 0%of the total areas;The mild disorders zones account for 64.88%,88.52%and 82.71%of the total areas;On the verge of disorders account for 1.63%,7.55%and 13.07%;Barely coordination zones account for 0%,1.63%and 4.22%.(4)The city group land use bebefits have a significant Hurst phenomenon,and the LUB of the Jiujiayu city group is declining,and the other city group show a rising trend.The city also shows a significant Hurst phenomenon.The overall trend of the Lanxi and Guanzhong city group is larger than that of other city group.(5)Northwest city group LUB driving factors analysis show that the influence of the driving factors such as industry,urbanization,culture to the comprehensive benefits is significant.
