The Study On Temp-spatial Differences Of Land Use Economic Benefits In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Based On The Coupling Coordination Degree

Land is the basis of economic and social development.In recent years,with the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization and the continuous growth of population,the contradiction between land supply and demand is intensifying.The research and evaluation about the economic benefits of land use has been widely studied.Beijing is the political and cultural center of China and the Beijing-TianjinHebei region is an important area for the northern of China.The coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei has become a major national strategy,undertaking the historical mission of China's new economic growth pole.However,under the background of rapid urbanization and limited land resources,the contradiction between human and land is prominent,and the capacity of ecological environment is also approaching the limit.The bottleneck of land resources is increasingly obvious.It has great theoretical and practical significance to study the land use efficiency in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and systematically analyze the temporal and spatial characteristics of land use economic benefits in the area,which is significant for improving the level of intensive land use and optimizing the land use structure in this area.This paper evaluated the economic benefit of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei land use from 2003 to 2015 by constructing an input-output index system for land use,and analyze the spatial distribution characteristics with the help of GeoDa spatial analysis software.The conclusion can be drawn as follows:First,the comprehensive level of economic benefits of land use in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is gradually rising and present three steps characteristics.Second,the level of the coupling of the economic benefits of land use in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is low,which belongs to the type of imbalance and decline.There are great differences in the degree of coupling and coordination between the cities at the same time point,and the development is very uneven.The regions with high level of coupling coordination are mainly concentrated in the cities of Beijing and the southeast of Beijing.Third,The coupling degree of land use efficiency in 13 cities of the region has become a positive spatical autocorrelation,showing spatial agglomeration,and the "two level differentiation trend" is obvious.
